Leak repair
Under sinks, behind walls, at the water heater, out at the meter. We locate it properly instead of guessing, repair it, and show you the old fitting so you can see what failed.
Usually same dayA licensed Austin plumber at your door today, with the price agreed before anyone opens a toolbox. Family-run, our own trucks, our own techs — we don't sub the work out to whoever's free.
Every van you see is ours, stocked and driven by an employee — never a subcontractor with a magnet on the door.
Residential only. That focus is why we can carry the right parts on the truck and finish most jobs in one visit.
Under sinks, behind walls, at the water heater, out at the meter. We locate it properly instead of guessing, repair it, and show you the old fitting so you can see what failed.
Usually same daySlow sinks, backed-up showers, kitchen lines packed with grease, and main lines full of roots. Camera inspection included on main-line work so you know whether it's a clog or a real problem.
Camera includedRepair, replace, or switch to tankless. We stock the common tank sizes, so a heater that dies this morning is usually a heater replaced this afternoon — permit pulled and the old one hauled off.
Stocked on the truckWarm patches on the floor, a water bill that jumped, a meter that spins with everything off. We locate it electronically and walk you through the honest options — spot repair, reroute, or repipe.
Detection before demolitionFlat rate, not hourly. The price we quote at your kitchen table is the price on the invoice, even if the job takes us twice as long as we thought.
A licensed plumber comes out, finds the actual problem, and quotes the repair in writing.
Supply lines, angle stops, faucet and disposal swaps, toilet rebuilds, hose bibs, most visible leaks.
Standard 40–50 gallon tank, supplied, installed, permitted, and the old unit taken away.
Prices are typical ranges for standard residential work in the Austin area. Awkward access, non-standard fittings, or code corrections can move the number — and we'll tell you before we do the work, not after.
Call or fill in the booking form. We'll ask a few questions, give you a two-hour window, and text you the tech's name before he sets off.
He finds the real cause — not the first thing that looks wet — and hands you a flat quote. Nothing gets touched until you say go.
We run the fixture, check for drips, and take the mess with us. Then you get the warranty in writing and photos of what we did.
No stock photography, no models in clean overalls. These are our vans and our techs on real Austin jobs.

★★★★★Water heater died on a Friday. Called at 8am, had a new one in and running by 2pm, permit and all. The quote on the phone was the number on the invoice.
★★★★★Suspected a slab leak because of the water bill. They found it in about forty minutes, showed me on the meter, and gave me three options instead of pushing the expensive one.
★★★★★Kitchen line backed up the night before we hosted. Someone was here at 7am, cleared it, ran the camera to prove it was clear, and left the place cleaner than he found it.
If you're a little beyond the list, call anyway — most days we can still reach you.
Most days, yes — same-day is what we're built around, and we hold slots back each morning for emergencies. If we can't reach you today we'll tell you on the phone rather than book you in and quietly slip. Call before about 3pm for the best chance.
We charge a flat rate per job, not by the hour. The tech diagnoses the problem, hands you a written price covering parts and labour, and you decide. If it turns out to be worse than it looked, we re-quote and you decide again — we never do extra work and bill you for it afterwards.
Shut off the main — usually a valve at the street box or where the supply enters the house — and then call us. If it's near electrics, kill the breaker first. Then phone rather than use the form; the form is checked fast, but a phone call is instant.
The usual signs are a water bill that jumps for no reason, a warm patch on the floor, the sound of running water with everything off, or a meter dial that keeps turning after you shut every fixture. Any of those and it's worth having it checked — slab leaks get expensive the longer they run.
Yes, on everything that needs one — water heater replacements, repipes, and gas work included. Skipping the permit saves a bit today and causes problems when you sell. We handle the filing and meet the inspector ourselves.
