Call (214) 555-0147A person picks up — no phone tree, no queue. Tell us where you are and what's locked, and we'll confirm it's a job we can do.
You get their name and a real arrival window before you hang up. Twenty minutes is our DFW average, and we'll say so plainly if your job is going to run longer.
The tech quotes the full job on site, before touching the lock. If you don't like the number, you don't pay it. Nothing gets added at the end.
Anyone can put "licensed" on a van. Here's ours, and here's what our customers actually say.

Measured across every DFW call over the last twelve months. Outlying suburbs run longer and we'll tell you that up front rather than let you sit and wonder.
Reviews we didn't buy, from people who were having a genuinely bad day. That's the number we're most careful about protecting.
★★★★★Locked my keys in the car at 1am off Greenville. Tech was there in fifteen minutes, had it open in five, and charged exactly what he quoted on the phone.
★★★★★Moved into a house in Oak Cliff and wanted everything rekeyed the same day. Six doors done in about an hour, and he cleaned up the shavings before he left.
★★★★★Our shop's push-bar failed on a Saturday night with stock inside. They got us secured that night and back open before Sunday trading. Saved the weekend.
Dallas proper around the clock, with the wider metroplex covered day and night. If your suburb isn't listed, call anyway — we probably still reach you.
Twenty minutes is our average across Dallas–Fort Worth, and most inner-city calls beat it. We give you a real window on the phone rather than a number designed to keep you from calling someone else — if your location means forty minutes, we'll say forty minutes.
Non-destructive entry is the default. Car doors are opened with proper tools that don't touch the paint or trim, and house locks are picked or bypassed rather than drilled. Drilling only happens on high-security or seized locks, and only after we've told you it's the only option and what replacing it costs.
It depends on the lock, the vehicle, the time of night, and how far we travel — so we quote it on the phone as a range and confirm the exact figure on site before starting. The price you agree to is the price you pay. We don't quote low and add a "service fee" at the end.
Yes, and you should want us to ask. Photo ID plus something linking you to the address or vehicle — registration, a lease, a piece of mail, a utility bill. Any locksmith who doesn't check is one you shouldn't be hiring.
We do — keypad deadbolts, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi locks, and commercial keyless systems. We can also get you back in when the batteries die or the app stops talking to the lock, which is more common than the manufacturers like to admit.
Every day of the year, including Christmas and New Year's. Overnight and holiday rates are higher, and we tell you that on the call rather than at the door.
Call and we'll have someone heading your way before you finish reading this page.
